For the locals! Come and have a one-on-one session with Matt At his home gym. You’ll have a movement screening, form assessment, and a personalized workout all within one session.

Not local? That’s okay too!
Matt will discuss your personal fitness goals with you, perform a movement screen through video, and create a plan for the month. You will gain access to the Trainerize app, where you can reach Matt for questions, access your plan, and have videos of each exercise.

Local but want more?
Hybrid training allows you 1 in person training with Matt per month PLUS access to the Trainerize app with a custom workout program, access to ask Matt questions throughout the month, and videos of each exercise.

GMF Crew is a group on the Trainerize app that gives you access to workout routines created by Matt for everyone in the group. You will join a community of likeminded people who need some guidance on a budget.
